Very "French" in an excellent location in the heart of the medieval city. Excellent friendly, responsive proprietess and staff. High end of a two star hotel. Good restaurant. Excellent, but expensive breakfast. Wonderful view from balcony rooms.

We would stay here again. Good location in the "town centre", friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with balcony looking across the valley, good restuarant, free wi fi but a weak signal. Free public parking outside the hotel between 17.00 hrs and 12.00 hrs.
No welcome tray. Have to move your car before the 12 noon but this is a small price to pay for staying here.

The views were tremendous. We had paid a little extra to get a room with a balcony and a view over the valley and this was well worth it. To wake in the morning and see the scenery was amazing. Restaurant was also on a terrace overlooking the valley and both the service and food were excellent. Could not fault the staff, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and i'm sure we will be returning with family next year.
Slightly small room but used to this as this is very common in France.Could of done with a hairdryer but sure if I had asked one would of been provided.

The warmth of welcome and the very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for exploring Roc-Amadour. Food very good. Very relaxing hotel to stay in with superb views across the valley. The hotel manager even moved her car to enable us to park right in front of the hotel (much appreciated) We have nothing but praise for the way we were treated and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as an ideal place to stay in such a beautiful and historic town.
